Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING & HANDLING - ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, and shipped out to you. (Typically most made-to-order items are made within one business day and shipped out within 3 business days - HOWEVER, THIS TIMEFRAME CAN CHANGE DURING PEAK VOLUME TIMES AND/OR DURING HOLIDAYS!

SHIPPING + DELIVERY USPS Ground Shipping & USPS Shipping :

Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of shipping notification to receive your purchase.

Priority Shipping (when applicable): allow up to 2-5 business days from the receipt of shipping notification to receive your purchase.

Rush Order (additional charge):

Upgrade to rush shipping and get your item pushed to the front of the line and get priority or express shipping. Your items will ship in 1-2 days. If you have more than two items, you must purchase additional rush order options - please email us at dreamyd007@gmail.com if you need rush shipping on MORE THAN @ ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED.

Each listing covers two (2) rush deliveryitems.

Overnight Shipping: While we do not have an 'overnight shipping' option available on our site, we are able to accommodate for Overnight shipping orders, if needed - you will simply need to call or text us at 812.495.0022 or email us at dreamyd007@gmail.com - you will be responsible for the Overnight Shipping Costs incurred.

***NOTE: Production and Shipping times vary! Although we truly do try to get ALL ORDERS processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that causes a slight delay in processing your order.***

During the holiday season and/or times of high demand, some orders may be delayed due to increased volume so please allow extra time.

It is your responsibility to look at this before making your purchase.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES + RETURNED PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once you receive your tracking number, your shipping address cannot be changed. As the customer, you are responsible for entering your address correctly. If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please check your tracking number for updates on delivery. If your tracking says Delivered, but you have not received it, contact your local USPS office, and open a missing package case right away. Please check with your neighbors and/or leasing office (if you live in an apartment complex) as they may have received the package on your behalf.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the mail carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, the USPS does lose packages from time to time. If you think this may be the case, please contact the USPS or UPS mail carrier service.

Please note, once your shipping confirmation/tracking number is sent to you, we no longer have it in our possession, and we have no influence as to what happens after it makes it to the post office.

We reserve the right to determine if/when an order will be re-sent depending on the circumstances and size of the order.

International shipping is 5-14 business days unless the item states otherwise.

Packages are mailed via USPS and UPS - a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS or UPS website.

If you do not see your tracking info updated and it is AFTER the initial 24-48 hour time frame, please contact the USPS or UPS carrier. WE HAVE NO WAY OF SEEING TRACKING SHIPMENT INFO OTHER THAN WHAT YOU SEE, AS WE DO NOT WORK WITH OR FOR THE USPS OR UPS MAIL CARRIER SERVICES!!

If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS or UPS for more info.

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS or UPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS or UPS, please contact USPS or UPS and inquire with them.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss-sent packages.

Tracking updates on the USPS or UPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

SHIRT SIZES

We sell sizes XS - 3XL, if you need a bigger size, it will cost extra & you will have to email us for a larger size so we can order it.

We only refund if we are sold out or have backorder that takes 2 weeks or more to come in after you have already placed your order. If this happens to be the case, we will contact you right away.

ALL SALES FINAL. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT.
